Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. hurtles toward the final stretch of season 5 with a new trailer for “The One Who Will Save Us All.” Time is ticking away for S.H.I.E.L.D. to save Earth from being cracked into pieces at the hands of HYRDA and other evil forces. Things only got more complicated in last week’s episode, “Option Two”, which revealed Talbot as the Destroyer of Worlds, after he fused with most of the Lighthouse’s remaining Gravitonium.
Now that it’s known that Talbot is the Destroyer of Worlds, perhaps he’s the only one powerful enough to stop the coming invasion. He obliterated Qovas’ remaining forces at the end of “Option Two”, but that was only one step toward preventing the total destruction of the planet.
